GBPUSD: Short-term growth in channel

On the H4, GBPUSD has formed an ascending channel pattern. The price has bounced off the lower trendline, and it is testing the TEMA. The Stochastic is already out of the overbought zone.

  • We consider buying GBPUSD only on consolidation above 1.3500 and TEMA with targets to 1.3580 and further to 1.3630 (161.8 Fibonacci).
